Our team has extensive experience managing senior cooperatives. Onsite staff Monday through Friday: Community Manager, Maintenance, Housekeeping Services. We also work with a wide variety of approved and professional vendors.
We have onsite maintenance Monday through Friday to stay on top of all of your facility needs. We complete a weekly walk through of the entire building to keep your properties in top condition.
Our knowledge of Senior Cooperative’s allowed us to ensure the cooperatives are staying in compliant with HUD regulations, bylaws and regulatory agreements.
