Alexis has a decade of experience in Property Management starting her career as a leasing agent, and rapidly ascended through the ranks to become a Regional Manager. Alongside her professional achievements,
Alexis obtained a Bachelor's degree in business with a minor in leadership from Park University, followed by a Masters in Business Administration in 2018. Alexis found her love for working in senior cooperatives, combining her business acumen with her genuine interest in creating exceptional living experiences for seniors. With a proven track record of academic excellence, strong leadership abilities, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Alexis Anderson started her own property management company Anderson Asset Property Group in 2023.
Hannah brings nearly a decade of property management experience to the team. She has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Human Services with a minor in Accounting.
Hannah has worked exclusively with senior housing cooperatives and partnered with their Board of Directors in an effort to tailor services to each unique community. She is familiar with HUD regulatory guidelines and the legal aspects of cooperative ownership. She provides property management support and financial oversight for all communities within the AAPG portfolio. She takes pride in financial accuracy and timely reports and educational opportunities for the team and communities she serves. In her free time, Hannah enjoys traveling, gardening and spending time with her three cats - Penelope, Sadie and Wren.
Julie is passionate about giving back to her community and helping others. She brings 14 years of experience working as an executive assistant and financial counselor for non-profit organizations. She will work alongside our Director of Operations to provide support with Cooperative operations and financial management.
Rose brings a decade of experience in property management working with Senior Cooperative's.
Her goal with AAPG is to educate area seniors about the benefits of a cooperative living lifestyle, as well as provide support to the Kansas City area Community Managers.

Amber carries 24 years of experience working with seniors. Her past experiences include being a nursing assistant for 20+ years, organizing activities to keep seniors active, and helping in administration duties for an assisted living facility.
After finding herself in her property management role Amber quickly developed a passion for the senior cooperative living lifestyle. Her goal with AAPG is to educate area seniors about the benefits of a cooperative living lifestyle, as well as provide support to the Minnesota community managers.
Stacie has an associates degree from KCKCC. She also has 28 years of experience in wearing many hats while owning and managing her own successful business.
As an Office Coordinator she handles a variety of tasks from managing calendars and travel arrangements to overseeing administrative processes. Stacie also oversees our onboarding of new staff and processes payroll. Stacies' goal is to ensure our processes and procedures operate smoothly and efficiently.
Danielle has an associates degree from KCKCC. She has years of experience in working with media management, social media marketing, print media and developing marketing campaigns.
Danielle goal is to expand the footprint for each of our communities, assist in building their waitlists and promote the resales.
Henry has worked in the maintenance field for ten plus years and is an experienced, certified electrician along with a HVAC EPA certification. Henry has five years of appliance repair experience and will bring knowledge and experience to AAPG's maintenance.
Henry is experienced in residential & commercial properties. His goal is to build a solid support system for the maintenance staff by modeling with integrity while demonstrating AAPG's core values with C.A.R.E.
